1. What StubCSV does

StubCSV converts digital (text-layer) PDF pay stubs, Forms W-2, and Forms 1099-NEC into spreadsheet files. It extracts the values printed on your document. It does not verify that the document is genuine or accurate, and it does not create, alter, or issue payroll or tax documents.

2. Your responsibilities

• Only upload documents you own or are authorized to process.
• Review every extracted value against the original PDF before relying on it or sharing it.
• Don't use StubCSV to create misleading or fraudulent income records, or to misrepresent income to a lender, landlord, employer, or government agency.
• Don't attempt to bypass usage limits, overload the service, or reverse-engineer it for abuse.

3. No professional advice

StubCSV is a data extraction tool. Nothing on the site is tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your situation.

4. Accuracy

Payroll documents vary widely. We work hard to extract values correctly and show checks (like whether totals reconcile), but extraction can be incomplete or wrong. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Free tier and paid plans

• The free tier includes 2 successful conversions per day per browser, subject to fair-use limits.
• The credit pack is a one-time purchase of 50 conversions ($19). Credits don't expire.
• The unlimited plan is $9 per month, billed monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. If a conversion fails because of a problem on our side, contact us and we'll make it right.
• We may change prices for future purchases with notice on this site.

6. Privacy

Uploaded files are processed in memory and never stored. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StubCSV and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on extracted data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. We may suspend access for abuse or violations of these terms.
