From PDF to Excel without retyping
Pay stubs are tables trapped in a PDF. Copy-paste mangles the columns, and retyping twenty-odd numbers per stub invites mistakes. StubCSV reads the stub's text layer, rebuilds the table, and labels each line as earnings, taxes, or deductions.
The download is a CSV, which Excel opens natively: double-click it or use File → Open. Every row repeats the employer, employee, and pay dates, so you can stack stubs from a whole year into one sheet and build a pivot table in a couple of clicks. Paid plans add a formatted .xlsx export.
Numbers you can trust
After extracting a stub we check that gross pay minus taxes and deductions equals net pay. When it reconciles you'll see a green check. When it doesn't, we tell you by how much, so you know to compare those lines with the PDF before you send the sheet to a lender or landlord.
Great for applications and budgets
Renters and mortgage applicants use StubCSV to hand over clean income figures. Bookkeepers use it to move client stubs into workpapers. And if you just want to know where your paycheck goes, a year of stubs in one sheet shows every tax and deduction at a glance.
